ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1.1 Rainbow Cops Belgium – LGBT-Police (RCB-LGBT-Police), a non-profit association with its registered office at Rue du Marché au Charbon 42, 1000 Brussels, hereinafter referred to as Rainbow Cops Belgium, operates a website and an online shop (WooCommerce).

1.2 All personal data collected (hereinafter the “Data”) is processed in accordance with Belgian and European regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), Directive 2002/58/EC as amended, and the Belgian law of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.

1.3 You are invited to read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) carefully and to familiarise yourself with it.

2.1 The Charter describes the measures taken for the use and management of your Data when using the Site and your rights as a user.

2.2 The Charter applies to all the services proposed by Rainbow Cops Belgium via its Web site and its shop on line.

  • Telephone number
  • Postal address (for parcel delivery)

3.2 Technical data :

IP address and browser type (automatically collected for site operation)

3.3 Cookies:
The site only uses technical and functional cookies, which are necessary for its proper operation. No tracking, advertising or analysis cookies are used.

3.4 By visiting the site or communicating your data, you consent to their processing as described in this Charter.

ARTICLE 4 – PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

4.1 The Data collected is used exclusively for :

Responding to contact requests

Process and monitor orders

Dispatch parcels ordered via the shop

4.2 The Data is not used for commercial prospecting purposes or passed on to third parties.

You have the right to receive the Data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR.

ARTIKEL 8 – COOKIES

8.1 Er worden alleen technische cookies (sessie, WooCommerce winkelmandje, browservoorkeuren) gebruikt om ervoor te zorgen dat de site goed functioneert.
8.2 Er worden geen analysecookies (Google Analytics, Facebook, enz.) of advertentiecookies geïnstalleerd.

Rainbow Cops Belgium implements reasonable organizational measures to protect the Data collected. However, as no computer system is totally secure, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Data is kept only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

Contact data: time to respond to the request

Order data: for the statutory accounting and tax retention period

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your Data is in breach of the GDPR :
