We are proud to share our recent appearance on Télésambre’s Gender Baby programme, where we had the opportunity to discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion within the Belgian police force.

At Rainbow Cops, we firmly believe that the police force should be representative of the society it serves. That is why we advocate for greater visibility and recognition of LGBTQIA+ individuals in our ranks. We have addressed key topics: gender diversity, the specific challenges faced by members of the LGBTQIA+ community in the police force, and ongoing efforts to create a more inclusive and respectful environment.

The Gender Baby programme was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, raise awareness and show that inclusion is not just a value, but a necessity for a police force that is closer to and more attentive to citizens.
